Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hennadii Shvedko service ("Service"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

The Service fetches and analyses freelance job postings, generates draft cover letters and screening-question answers, and notifies you of relevant opportunities. The Service cannot submit proposals on your behalf; it produces drafts and direct apply links for you to submit manually on Upwork.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for complying with Upwork's own terms when you connect your Upwork account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by reverse engineering it, overloading it, attempting to bypass rate limits or access controls, or using it to violate Upwork's Terms of Service or any applicable law.

4. Marketplace data

Job and client data originate from Upwork and remain subject to Upwork's terms. We cache such data for no more than 24 hours. You may not use the Service to scrape, resell, or retain Upwork data beyond what the Service provides.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via our payment processor. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. AI-generated content

Cover letters, scores, and answers are generated by AI and may contain errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing any content before submitting it to a client.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your Privacy settings, which triggers erasure of your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee that the Service will win you any contracts.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated and the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
